Yeah, I ran across the police scanner by accident.
I was leaving Pocket D, which dumped me in King's Row.
Checking my map for the tram to take me back to
Atlas City, I saw what looked like a contact. So
I ran that way, and the detective refused to talk
to me and said to talk to his partner. I headed in
the police station to look around, and one of the guys
gave me the police scanner.
