If you change the stats so it's +29 damage and +10 healing,
what would you think of a healer rolling need on it when it
would be an upgrade for you as a DPS caster?

Or how about a hunter who rolled need? A 60ish hunter
could argue it's an upgrade in terms of mana and HP.
For that matter, a warrior could argue (and possibly show)
the +13 Stamina is an upgrade.

Of course it's really a caster's ring, and primarily a healer's
ring (due to more +healing than +damage), but "how do
you tell when it's meant for a class?" Pretty much the
same way you'd argue with a hunter or warrior who
could *prove* it's an upgrade in *some* way to their
current kit in this case...
