Only the heals past Chloroblast have been upgraded. So you need either
the 65 GoD spell or the 67 OoW spell to take advantage of this.

The lower heals will probably change in the nearish future.

Oh well, another 10 levels to 65 and I can finally stop using the lvl
39 Healing spell :-/ Heh, well, at least I have Chloroplast now, so
with that running, the crummy heal isn't so much of a pain. Pity the
lower ones weren't beefed up a bit, though.
