I started Mod 4 and have talked to the Queen, bought from the merchants and
slept for about 2 days(game time). When I go back to the Queen, she has the
same dialogue options. How do I continue on with this Mod?

You're in the palace right? ISTR you have to talk to some other guy there.
Check your journal and see if it has anything useful, or just try and talk
to everyone you can find.

iirc you go to the castle walls and talk to the lady on the upper vantage
points; then you have to defend the castle against some attackers, and go from
there.

I have Teria as my companion. The Queen suggested I get some shut eye.
Teria showed me the way to our chambers off of the main hall. After some
thief lovin', I went back refreshed and off on our merry way we went from
there after talking to the Queen again.

I believe this is a quest breaking bug. You are suppose to allow Teria
(or maybe other companion, not too sure, I had Teria all the way) to
bring you to the chamber and, IIRC, click on the BED to sleep (instead
of the usual REST option). If you use the REST option instead, the
whole quest just hanged. I had to search for a past SAVE to continue
when I hit this bug.
