First time I'm stuck...
I have got the quest to work undercover in the Blacklake district and
to meet a guy at a specific estate. But that estate is not on the map
so... Where is it? Which building is it?

These answers presume NWN 2


There are 2 times you et to go to bkacklake before the gates are fully open.

The undercover informant is in the house in Neverwinter Park.

When you visit the sage you only have the option to go straight there.

Hmm... I must have missed something then, because i Didn't trigger
this quest until after I had gained access to Blacklake.

I'm assuming you mean the quest to sell weapons to criminals - it's the
house immediately to your left when you portal into Blacklake (not when you
go in to meet Aldanon for the first time).

Do you mean the undercover quest for the NW Militia where you are supposed
to fool the thieves and capture them? It's been a while since I played, but
believe it is on the left as you come in the gate. I had to search and open
doors until I saw three or four more undercover "cops" and talked to one to
find it.

The quest is set up by the captain of the guard (whatshername); I got
it at the same time I talked to the noble that was going to make me a
squire. I am supposed to go to Blacklake, to a house, and do an
undercover operation posing as a badguy.

As soon as you enter Blacklake and talk to the Seargent, it will be
the second house on your left, what you are to do is act like a rich
Noble interested in buying black market goods from some thieves. This
is basically a "no win" quest, you have no opportunity to "arrest"
them, because they put up a fight and your group kills them,
hopefully. But try and take the conversation to the very end, if your
"bluff" is high enough, you will make the transaction, then have the
fight.
