Okay, you finally convinced me. I'll sign up for this service as soon as I
get back from my trip to Nigeria (there's a deposed former cabinet minister
over there who needs my help with his finances).

Like PV, I've grown bored with this constant back and forth. When something
sounds too good to be true, it usuaully is. You don't wanna believe that? Do

And like I asked you over and over in this post, but you seem unable
to do:

proof- just send something other than a "Buzz word/This smells fishy/
Too good to be true" theory.

You CAN'T, that is my point. And now, after trying, you realize that
all you have left to say is "Yea well you guys are spammers and this
smells fishy" Thats pretty much a white flag to me.

Like I said, you are obviously not evaluators of technology, you are
followers. So based on that, I agree- you should not use the site
until everyone around you is using it and agrees it is legit. Then you
can be a follower- something you are obviously more comfortable doing.

I don't have to provide a "fact" for why the service is not legit. It's up to
the providers of the service to provide me with sufficient documentation to
convince me that the service is legit. It's called common sense.

When I get an email from Dr. Mubasi Umboto, former cabinet minister of
Nigeria, who needs me to help him transfer 39 million dollars from Nigeria to
the USA, I don't need to hire an investigator to search for records Dr.
Mubasi Umboto to determine whether or not he really is a former cabinet
minister of Nigeria, and whether he really does need my help smuggling 39
million dollars.

Of course, maybe you're right and like this game service of yours, Dr. Umboto
really is legit and I just wasted my chance to become a millionaire
overnight...

[of course no worries, there is also an email sitting here form a former
iraqi minister who also needs my assistance to perform a similar task. I can
just do that one instead. How do these people keep finding out about me? word
must get around that I'm a good money launderer]

See, again your posting nothing. You look foolish. If anyone was
comparing this thread to a "please sir give me bank account
information in Nigeria" BS, then it would already be over and would
not be the huge thread it is.

As I said in my last post- it is not expected to prove this site is
legit- but I am simply asking you to provide even one shred of
evidence besides "it just doesn't seem right" or "its fishy". And you
cannot. You are avoiding the question.

So do everyone a favor- post back once you actually have something
significant to contribute besides internet theory from the 90's.

Again, you miss the very obvious point. I need no evidence to be suspicious
of a site. It is up to the company that produces the website to convince me
that their service is legit. I am the consumer. They are the provider. The
onus is on the provider to market his product to the consumer.

Perhaps your threshold is simply far lower than mine.

I've asked a simple question several times: "how does this company make
money". Nobody has explained that question to my satisfaction. The best we
have is some speculation about data mining.

You are not reading what was written to you clearly. Again, I made
sure to state that I agree you should not have to prove a site is NOT
legit to believe it IS legit. My request is to the individuals
posting/flaming saying that there is NO WAY the site CAN be legit need
to back their statements up with more than buzz words and generic
theory.

And like I also said- if you need to be convinced something is legit
before trying it- than you should remain a follower of innovation, not
an evaluator.

The company is obviously a registered business.
There are dozens of google threads from large gaming sites discussing
it.
They have provided an entire section on their web site discussing
tools to scan their software with.
They provided a diagram showing the flow of data and how it creates a
relationship between the gamer/marketer/advertisor.

Let me ask you- how else do you think the company is going to prove to
you they are legit? Hopefully you would not be as ridiculous as to
expect them to post their actual business model online. Do you really
think they are going to provide you with detailed information on how
everything flows? Good Luck.

If you can't take a solid look at the site and make a reasonable
judgement at this point- then remain a follower and use the service
(if you desire to) once it (IF it) becomes mainstream. Plain and
simple. Asking for them to do more than they have at this point to
prove they are legit is ridiculous, especially since they have done
more to explain their business in the "What is JACT?" section than
about 95% of the sites I have seen to date.

Perhaps it is you who should go back and re-read some messages. I have
clearly stated several times that I feel the company has not successfully
convinced me that their service is legit. It is the responsibility of the
company to convince the consumer that the product is legit, not vice-versa.
The pages and diagrams you continue to reference are clearly nothing more
than meaningless marketing hype. As I stated in my earlier reply, perhaps
this simply means that your threshold is lower than mine.

Frankly, I'm not sure why my opinion is so important to you. If you wish to
use this service, then use it. You may use it and I will not use it. End of

You are still not addressing what I said- you are avoiding it with the
same roundabout talk.

I said the individuals who keep saying the company can NOT be legit
need to step up and actually explain why, instead of dropping theory
with no details or factual reasoning behind it.

From what I have seen at this point, I will use the service. And I am
sure there are plenty of people just like yourself who will knock it
