Do I have to got to Outland or can I still level in old world?

Or is outland much better?

You *can* stick around, and still level off of kills and quests, but the
rewards, gold and XP in Outland is much, much better. You can always
come back and do stuff you've missed later.

Can do whichever you prefer really; if you want to stick around the
old world and exlore more, nothing's stopping you, however you will
get better rewards in outland. It can be an idea to do a few quests in
outland, pick up some nice gear and then go back to the old world if
you're wanting to still explore that, but in the end whatever you find
fun will do :-)

I recommend a quick visit to Winterspring just because it's a
beautiful zone. You will probably also only get to see half of
Outlands, my last two characters through there only visited 3 of the 7
zones, and then headed off to Northrend at 68. I never really liked
Outlands - some of the quests were fun, but the "dying remains of a
shattered world" didn't really appeal to me as a setting.

You'll probably find the XP and quest rewards in Outland to be better. I
generally finish up whatever quests I have in my log (assuming they're for
my current zone) and head to Outland.

The first town you get to in Outlands. It will be Honor Hold for
Alliance or Thrallmar for Horde.

Just wander around and look for the guy with mounts and flying mounts
around him I guess. (If you can't find him, talk to everyone :P)

Well, the cost is reduced if you have rep with Thrallmar. By the time you're
doing questing in Hellfire you should be at around Honored which will lower
the totals a little.

You will after you do some outlands questing, gold adds up MUCH faster out
there. Even grey vendor trash drops can sometimes sell for 1-3g each.

Don't spend too much on new gear at your level-the outlands quest reward
gear is rather substantially nicer that old world quest reward gear. You may
very well get quest gear better than what you just bought in no time.
