Did I say spells at all? And 2-shot wasn't meant to be literal in any
case, just a phrase indicating "faster than anybody can heal", you're

It's unlikely to be 2.5 seconds between the 2 shots though if the
attacks come from two different people. More likely two 2.5 second
casts arriving at essentially the same time.

But when you outnumber them bad enough that they have 10-20 tenacity, it's
rare they're focused on the same target.
